It was formed by natural fermentation in products such as cheese, yogurt, soy sauce, meat products, pickled vegetables, beer, and wine. Lactic acid is used as pH regulator in Pharma products, used in nickel plating because of its unique complexion constant for the nickel.  It can be offered in Commercial and Food grade.  It is available in the form of Colourless liquid packed in 25 kg, 30 kg Carboys.
