Chromic Acid

Chromic Acid

CROMIC ACID is often used as a strong oxidizing agent finding application in organic synthesis, as wood preservative. Chromic acid is an intermediate in chromium plating and is also used in ceramic glazes, and coloured glass. Chromic acid has also been widely used in the band instrument repair industry, due to its ability to “brighten” raw brass. It can be used to clean laboratory glass ware, particularly of otherwise insoluble organic residues. It is available in Industrial and Laboratory grade. It is available in the form of Dark Red crystals packed in 50Kg Drum. We can offer it in many grades as per the application needs in different industry sectors.
